How long does shipping take?

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of being placed. For example, if an order is placed on Thursday, it will most likely be shipped on Monday.

Shipping times vary depending on location and demand, but typically arrive within 5-7 days of shipment.

What will my package look like?

To ensure faster delivery and consistent inventory, some orders may ship directly from our authorized Korean skincare distributor, KIN Aesthetics. Because of this, your products may arrive in KIN Aesthetics–branded packaging rather than Mystic Beauty & Skincare packaging.

Please rest assured that all items are authentic, fresh, and sourced directly from Korea, and your order details remain securely managed by Mystic Beauty & Skincare.

Do you offer international shipping?

International orders are subject to customs fees, import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. We typically ship international orders through DHL or UPS.
